1. Incorporation of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all software and services provided by ilied.sg through this website.

2. License

2.1 ilied.sg grants the Customer a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use the Database solely for its business operations, with no rights to sublicense.

2.2 The Customer may only use the Database in the manner and for the purposes expressly stated herein. Specifically, the Customer shall not:

• Market, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, advertise, or otherwise make the Database, in whole or in part, available to any third party.
• Transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or otherwise offensive material from this site that could result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
• Permit or instruct any User or third party to engage in any of the above.

The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the services under its account and any content disseminated therefrom.

2.3 ilied.sg reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that:

• ilied.sg retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Database.
• The Customer and its Users acquire no rights, express or implied, in or to the Database.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

3.1 By using our services, the Customer agrees to comply with all KYC requirements as mandated by applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 The Customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date Name, NRIC/FIN/PASSPORT and Nationality as requested by ilied.sg. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.

3.3 ilied.sg reserves the right to verify customer information and conduct due diligence checks at any time. The Customer acknowledges and consents to such verification processes.

3.4 If any fraudulent, misleading, or false information is detected during the KYC process, ilied.sg reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or take necessary legal action.

4. Termination

ilied.sg reserves the right to (i) suspend or (ii) revoke the license and terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time, providing the Customer with prior written notice of at least 24 hours.

5. Pricing

ilied.sg reserves the right to change or modify pricing on its website at any time, without prior notice or obligation.

6. Online Payments

All payments will be processed under the name "Amicus Pte. Ltd."
